We record timestamp and consent text. Start keywords are not required for subscription. Program Description: Messages may include onboarding confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates related to mortgage services. Frequency: Message frequency varies. Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Help / Stop: Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel. After STOP, a final confirmation message may be sent. Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Age Restriction: SMS program is for users 18+. 12. Modifications to Terms
